My Top 5 Commercials from Super Bowl 2010
I’ve never been a fan of American Football and to be honest I don’t really care who wins the Super Bowl, but I do look forward to seeing the TV commercials which are shown during the breaks of the Super Bowl game. They are known to be some of the best that come out during the year. I haven’t had the chance to watch every single commercial from last Sunday’s 2010 Super Bowl but here is my pick of the top 5 that were shown
Snickers
Starring Betty White (who I am sure most of you remember from the comedy show The Golden Girls), this one plays on the American Football theme with the message that if you need to play like a tough guy you need a real chocolate bar

Dodge Charger
Another macho themed commercial. Dodge Chargers have a certain image - especially here in Kuwait - so its good to see that Dodge are playing up to the typical customers. Guys - this one’s for us
E-Trade
This one reminds a bit of the 80s movie Look Who’s Talking - babies talking with adult voices. Still really funny though
Dorito’s
I think Dorito’s ran a competition asking people to put forward their home made commercials. This is one that got aired after counting votes from the public. The little kid is hilarious

Btw, I really like the Dodge (even though you know how much I loathe that car), and the Doritos commercials…..the google one is clever.
Yes I know the Saints won and if I’m not mistaken it was a bit of an upset ?
There are loads of other Dorito’s commercials, but the one with the kid is probably the best
