New Food Menu at Starbucks
This morning I went down to Starbucks to get something to eat. Usually I take hours to decide what to buy, not because there is so much choice, its because there is never anything that really looks good. I usually end up with blueberry muffin as it’s a safe bet. Well this morning I went down and was with greeted by one of the staff with “Good Morning Sir, we have new food items”. Now a few months ago they told me the same and all I found was a couple of new sandwiches and some sweet looking cakes (you know the type that give you tooth ache just by looking at them).
Well anyway this time it was different. They have completely revamped and changed the food section. They now have a choice of 4 or 5 new tasty looking muffins. They have the granola bar (which I always go for in England although the one here looks a lot smaller) and lots of other things. And the sandwiches, which used to be the most boring in Kuwait , now look gourmet. To sum it up, it basically looks like the management have involved someone from the Dean & Deluca business for the food.
I had a headache trying to decide what to order,so thought I would try the blueberry muffin just to compare. It tasted great and knocked the (blueberry) spots off the old muffins !

I think Starbucks is so over priced. Please tell me that they didn’t hike their prices even more because they have gone all gourmet!!
Do they have the oatmeal fudge bar as a new item? They sell it here and it’s really good!!
No actually they have kept their prices the same. Then again prices here are the same as UK and double that of the States! But at least we are now good quality food for the price
i dont like Starbucks,i think fee wayed amakn a7san mna ;/ and maybe because im not a coffee person ;p
Well before their new food menu,I would definitely agree with you. But now I think Starbucks has really improved. And I am a big coffee person ;)
