Best Pizza in Kuwait ?
This weekend we went to Diva’s on Belajat Street for a change and decided to have something light to eat. The menu is pretty big in Diva’s and has photos of all the dishes which is handy, but I knew what I was going to order before I even sat down.
There are two pizzas on the menu which are simply outstanding. And the thing is if I told you, you probably won’t believe me. Well people put to one side your views on what should be on a pizza. The pizzas that I am talking about are the Diva’s chicken shawerma pizza and the meat shawerma pizza! Yeah I know what you might be thinking. This shouldn’t work as a pizza - it REALLY shouldn’t work, but it does.
In my opinion there are four things that make this pizza great:
1. Quality of the base - Very thin crust. Nice, light and crispy.
2. Quality of the toppings - Very lean, high quality juicy chicken and meat which has been marinated.
3. Quantity of toppings - Loads, absolutely loads of chicken or meat on your pizza. Just that and good quality cheese and tomato.
4. Price : KD 2.750 make it outstanding value for the quality of pizza on offer.
For these reasons I can’t give it anything else but

Never been to this place. I will have to try it next time I am in Kuwait. It must be good if u say it is after all u know what real pizza should taste like after living in Italy!
Ahhh Italy. I miss it !! I have never had a pizza like the one in Diva’s though ! Always had to go vegetarian :)
I love Rustica at the avenues… and also Le Notre’s pizza
Can you believe I have never been to Diva’s before!
I’ve been meaning to try Rustica since it opened. Good to hear their pizzas make the grade. And I never thought of having the pizza at Le Notre - will check it out!When I first went to Diva’s I didn’t think it looked like a place that serves especially good food, so the delicious pizza really was a nice surprise!
I doubt if its better than the pizza in Italy !! Nothing tops the pizza with Mozzarella and cherry tomatoes from PizzaRe … simple but amazing.
Italy is still tops….but the Diva’s pizza deserves marks for originality as well as taste
