If it ‘aint broke…
…don’t try to fix it ! Good advice which I wish I had followed ! Yesterday I had a minor crisis when I lost my website for a few hours. I was fiddling with a plug-in (a plug-in is like a website option for those who don’t speak blog) and all of a sudden my website became a blank page with an error message which some of you might have noticed !
After trying for a while to fix it myself, I called in the cavalry. My website is hosted with a company called Just Host who have a very good reputation for service so I sent them a help request explaining what happened. After 1/2 hour they emailed me back with a pretty unhelpful (and obvious) email about what to do (which I had already tried anyway). So I replied with more than a hint of desperation asking for more help.
It was then they moved up a gear. 45 minutes later they had my website back except for an ugly error message on the header. Another email followed from the guy handling my request explaining that because I had deleted some program files they could not get rid of the error message but could reset my website as it was on 20 June only! Decided to bite the bullet and told him to go ahead. I copied some of my big posts with a plan to put them back manually later.
An hour later my website was back up as of 3rd July - which was better than I was told. I was so relieved. JustHost did not let me down, after 3 hours my crisis was over and the site more or less back to normal. I’m really glad I went with them. Unfortunately I lost some of your recent comments and the We Will Rock You review. Thankfully I’ve got the review saved and will post it back in a few days.
I think I’ve learn’t my lesson now (hopefully).

I have been out of the loop for a while but I did notice that I couldn’t connect to your website yesterday. Glad u managed to fix the problem.
