A Letter From BA !
If you remember I had a pretty bad in-flight experience on the BA flight to London a few weeks ago with no entertainment working for the whole flight. Anyway they obviously read my complaint form as there was a letter of apology waiting for me when I got back to Kuwait !
As apology letters go, its probably one of the best I have ever read and by the end I had sort of forgiven them. Well they also added an extra 5000 air miles to my Executive Club Card by way of compensation which also helped :)
