Michael Moore Takes on Wall Street

I’m a big Michael Moore fan. I like his documentary style using irony and humour to get his point across and trying to expose what really goes on. He’s focused on gun laws, Bush and the medical industry but his latest documentary is going to be one I’m definitely going to watch as he focuses on the international banking system and the greed that led to the financial crisis.

The documentary doesn’t actually have a title yet but is due for release in October. In the meantime, Michael Moore has just released a teaser trailer for it. Check it out and make sure you all reach deep down into those pockets!

UPDATE

Just read on Cinescape (Kuwait cinema site) that they have already got the rights to show the movie which is due for release on October 2nd. So at least we get to watch it when it comes out. Cinescape say that the movie is called Fahrenheit 9/11 and Half, which actually is not true. That title was for an old project that Michael Moore was working on which was to be about the last months of the Bush administration.

However after Obama’s victory and the whole financial crisis, Moore decided to turn his attention to the banking industry which I think is going to be much more interesting.

Can’t wait for this one!!! I very recently saw ‘Sicko’ on Showtime with my mom…she was beyond shocked at the great U.S of A healthcare system…you’re right, his documentaries are very entertaining to watch…again, can’t wait for this one :-)
