Yubz: Healthy retro style for your mobile
Remember a few years back when there was a lot of fuss about radiation from mobile phones ? It seems to have calmed down a lot even though they really haven’t established that mobiles are 100% safe. Well a company called Yubz are marketing funky retro style handsets which connect to your mobile. They come in all sorts of colours and it promises 95% reduction in radiation. As cool as they look though, I can’t see many people walking around with this type of attachment so its probably best for the office or home (or girls with large handbags? :) )
They retail for $45 for the plain colours and $55 for the special artist design ones. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like the website ships to Kuwait although maybe one of its partners on the “Where to Buy” page might.

How can they not have it for the HTC HD ?!?! Its HTC’s flagship phone (one of the best feature packed mobiles out there)!!! But cool idea though for home or office. Especially for people like me who never use land phones.

q8tears: Well it has it for the Touch, so maybe that would also work for the HD. The new HTC Magic may just be better than the HD..
elieruby: And if you set the mobile ring tone to the “old fashioned” bell ring tone it will feel even more authentic
